Full terms and conditions for using TimeBox on iOS.
Welcome to TimeBox. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimeBox governing your access to and use of the TimeBox mobile application available on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, cease using the App and delete it from your device.
TimeBox is a minimalist iOS time management app that helps users organize daily schedules using time-blocking. Features include:
You must be at least 13 years old. If between 13 and 18 (or age of majority), you may use the App only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store; subscriptions may be limited to regions where Apple In-App Purchase is supported.
By using the App, you represent that you have legal capacity, are not prohibited by law, and that information you provide is accurate and current.
When you sign in with Apple, we collect only the user identifier provided by Apple. Your email and name may be collected during first-time sign-in (at Apple's discretion). You may hide your email using Apple's private relay. Authentication data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure mechanisms.
You are responsible for the security of your Apple ID credentials, all activities through your session, and notifying us of unauthorized access.
The App can be used without authentication. Time management features are available to all users with active access (trial or subscription).
You may delete your account at any time through settings. Authentication credentials will be removed from the device; locally stored data may remain unless manually deleted. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID.
Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial productivity in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
We may investigate and take legal action, including terminating access, for violations of this policy.
The App and all related IP are owned by TimeBox or its licensors and protected by law.
Subject to compliance, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
TimeBox and associated logos are trademarks of TimeBox; no use without permission.
Your data (tasks, plans, notes, settings) remains your property and is stored locally. We do not access it.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.
New users may activate a 7-day free trial with full access once per user; no payment info required.
The trial is available only to users who have not previously activated a trial.
Prices are shown in local currency from the App Store, subject to change with 30 days' notice; taxes may apply.
Payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not collect or process payment data.
Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before period end. Renewal charges use current rates.
Manage or cancel through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, or App Store > Profile > Subscriptions > TimeBox.
Cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period; no partial refunds.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you do not subscribe after trial expiration, access to features ends until you subscribe.
Active subscribers get full feature access, archive access, notifications, and future updates during the subscription term.
The App is available only via subscription; no lifetime or one-time purchase.
The App is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error correction.
We do not warrant that the App meets your requirements, that notifications deliver on time, that data is preserved, or that compatibility is universal.
Data is stored locally. You are responsible for backups; we are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or inability to transfer between devices.
Notification delivery, timing, and accuracy are not guaranteed.
The App relies on Apple services (iOS, StoreKit, notifications, Sign in with Apple). We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to these services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeBox and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or 100 USD, where permitted.
Pricing and terms rely on these disclaimers and limitations, which form an essential basis of the bargain.
Limitations survive even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Where exclusions are not allowed, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
All user-generated content is stored locally. We do not transmit or access your data and do not back it up or share it.
If you sign in with Apple, we may collect a unique Apple user identifier and, if shared, your email and name. Stored locally and used for authentication only.
We do not collect analytics or diagnostics. Apple may collect aggregate App Store statistics.
Data is protected by iOS security features, but absolute security is not guaranteed. You are responsible for device security and backups.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe such data was collected.
We may release updates (features, fixes, security, design changes, compatibility). Updates may be automatic or require action and may change or remove features.
We may require updates for security, compatibility, or legal reasons.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes update the Last Updated date and may be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the App, change pricing with notice, and impose limits.
We are not obligated to provide updates, maintain backward compatibility, or preserve specific features.
You may terminate by deleting the App, cancelling subscriptions via Apple ID, and deleting your account (if signed in).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, legal requests, technical or security issues, or discontinuation of the App.
Rights to use cease immediately; delete the App. Locally stored data may remain until manually removed. Subscription charges continue until cancelled via Apple; no refunds for unused time unless required by law. Provisions that should survive will survive.
Ending App use does not cancel subscriptions; cancel through Apple ID settings.
We do not retain personal data; you are responsible for backups and deletion on your device.
Distribution is via the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
Subscriptions use Apple's StoreKit and are governed by Apple policies.
If used, you agree to Apple's terms for that service.
The App relies on iOS frameworks; we are not responsible for changes that affect functionality.
Links to third-party resources are not under our control; we are not responsible for their availability or content.
Links do not imply endorsement.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
You acknowledge these Terms are between you and TimeBox, not Apple. Apple has no obligation for support or content and is a third-party beneficiary able to enforce these Terms.
You represent you are not in a sanctioned country and not on prohibited lists. Infringement claims are TimeBox's responsibility. Apple provides no warranty; in case of failure, you may notify Apple for a refund (if any). Volume Purchase Program acquisitions may include additional restrictions.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Krakow, Poland, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
Before filing a claim, both parties will attempt informal resolution via email for 60 days. Class actions are waived; claims must be brought individually. The one-year statute of limitations applies to claims unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement. No waiver occurs by delay. If any provision is invalid, remaining terms stay effective. You may not assign without consent; we may assign without notice. No third-party beneficiaries except as noted for Apple. We are not liable for force majeure events. Notices may be provided via the App, email, or App Store. Export control laws apply. Parties are independent contractors.
